well i am here since February13 th 2009 and and was quite a journey so far ..many manager left already and the promised business never really kicked in i must say. the island is nice and beautiful but there are a few challenges of course .. logistics here and there staff of course and weather and distance from airport to here,all in all quite a journey to get here . My team here is on i have about 17 staff here in pastry and bakery and the product is good. Lets see whats next where i will be placed and whats the next challenge.staying on a island is nice for a few weeks but if you stay too long u will feel it ….
