the japanese style and design ….is really clean and its always amazing to see how good they are ..during my visit last week at the Mobac Show i saw tow competitions one was chocolate and the other sugar – live show that means in a time limit a chef needs to finish the show piece in all criteria!!!Good work and impressive stuff..

BBQ is a must once you in seoul i tell you ..and so it was for me as well been there for 2 days buizz and had the luck to been invited to a very traditional place there ..you sit down at the floor what is heated real good and then it starts people come from all directions and prepare within 5 minutes a feast you don’t forget that fast ..fire is made in a instant and then the grill goes on and they bring the beef out …wow i said first and then with all the condiments it was soo delicious …

is and always will be one of my very favorite Foods i eat..the simpleness and textures and flavors of Thai food are just getting me every time i am traveling to Asia since mid 90-ies and i always discover new things and even like the traditional staff more and more i cannot understand people who travel to Thailand and eat Mc. Donald’s and such as you have soo much nice choices.

i re discovered the Thai-Oysters and 4 -5 pieces are just enough for me they are soo fresh and tasty and you get them with like 6 condiments and they just go down like …well see the pictures
