nobody better then the Tai – Fruit carver i just say it again and again ..my recent trip to bangkok food show made me see it again ..amazing creations out of simple fruits and very simple tools ..impressive is all i y and respect of that art ..

he is working now for a very nice Club right in Sentosa called Tanjong Beach Club he is the Chef there and does very well.We had a tour around and then some nice Lunch ..bar snacks he called it [...]
was on my agenda this time to see Customer and make demos …1 week of course not enough but a good start ..went to Macao with my distributer and saw many 5 star hotels and all their casinos and entertainment’s etc …gigantic how macao has developed in the past 10 years …hong kong of course [...]
